Ingredients
4 cups Potatoes, Diced
1 cup Onions, Diced
1 cup Cabbage, Diced
1 pound Ground Beef, Browned & Drained
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
11 ounces Frozen Peas
11 ounces Frozen Carrots
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes
2 tablespoons Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Preparation
Pour about 1 quart water into a large stock pot and turn burner on "high."
Add the following ingredients to the pot: potatoes, onion, cabbage, ground beef, salt, and pepper.
When pot is boiling, add peas, carrots, Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes, and hot sauce.
Let contents come to a boil, then let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
