Bloody Mary Sorbet

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Vodka
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon Celery Salt
Preparation
  1. Combine sugar and water in small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Cool mixture to room temperature.
  4. Pour sugar syrup into large bowl.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
