Ingredients

• 4 cups Mushrooms, Finely Sliced
• 1 each Large Zucchini, Chopped
• 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 pound Pasta Twists
• As Needed Romano Cheese, Grated

Preparation

1. Saute mushrooms and zucchini until tender.
2. Add the can of Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Pour over the cooked pasta twists. Sprinkle with lots of Romano cheese.
