White Bean, Sausage & Kale Soup

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Cajun Smoked Sausage, Chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 3/4 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Coarsely Chopped Kale
  • 2 cups Furmano's Great Northern Beans, Drained & Rinsed
Preparation
  1. In soup pot, cook sausage 2-4 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add kale and cook 5 minutes or until kale is tender.
  4. Stir in beans. Heat thoroughly.
