Ingredients
- 1 pound Rigatoni
- 1 5/6 cups Furmanos Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1 each Sprig Fresh Basil
- 1 each Sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 8 ounces Smoky Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- As Needed Salt and Pepper
Preparation
- Boil the pasta.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and mix.
- Chill before serving.
