3 each Stalks Celery, Diced Fine
1 each Large Red Onion, Diced
2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
3 each Green Onions, Chopped
1 each Green Pepper, Chopped
1 each Red Pepper, Chopped

Furmano's Black Beans
, Drained
2 cups
Furmano's Red Kidney Beans
15 1/2 ounces Black Eyed Peas, Drained
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Tomato Puree
1 7/8 cups
Whole Kernel Golden Corn
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
1 each Small Bunch Cilantro, Chopped
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a non metallic bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
May be served with tortilla chips.
Tip:
This recipe can also be used as a great base for enchiladas and nachos.
