Garden Gazpacho

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, Small Diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper, Small Diced
  • 1 cup Onions, Small Diced
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 each Ice Cubes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sherry Vinegar
  • As Needed Croutons
  • 1 tablespoon Water
Preparation
  1. In a medium size bowl, add Furmano's Diced Tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper, onion, and garlic. Gently toss together.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, ice cubes, tabasco, and sherry vinegar. Toss together, cover, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  3. Before serving, drizzle olive oil over gazpacho.
  4. Top each serving with a few croutons.
