In a food processor, combine Furmano's Diced Tomatoes, cilantro, onion, first measure of garlic and jalapeno. Puree for 1 minute.
In a large saute pan over medium heat, add olive oil.
Add pinto beans, minced garlic, diced jalapenos, oregano, black pepper, thyme, allspice, and cloves. Saute for 2 minutes.
Next add tomato mixture(salsa ranchero). Bring to a simmer.
Add drained diced tomatoes and stir to combine.
Crack eggs into pan, spaced apart evenly. Place pan under broiler, on high, for 8 minutes or until egg whites are just cooked but yolks are still runny.
Top with chopped cilantro and salt before serving.
