Italian Style Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
  • 4 each 4 oz. Lean Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 cup Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 4 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
Preparation
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat.
  2. Brown chops about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
  3. Add Furmano's Diced Tomatoes, Italian seasoning, crushed garlic, and sliced mushrooms; stir to combine.
  4. Reduce heat to low, and cover. Cook for about 7 minutes, until just cooked through, turning once.
  5. Remove chops to platter.
  6. Continue cooking sauce, uncovered 3-4 minutes, until sauce reaches desired thickness.
  7. Top chops with sauce and serve.
