Ingredients
- 8 slices Bacon
- 3 each Onions, Chopped
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
- 16 ounces Boston Baked Beans
- 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Red Kidney Beans, Drained
- 3 3/4 cups Furmano's Butter Beans, Drained
Preparation
- Fry bacon until crisp; drain. Set bacon aside and reserve grease.
- In bacon grease add onions, brown sugar, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, and cider vinegar.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Add beans and bacon.
- Pour into 3 quart dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
