Ingredients

• 1 each Jalapeno
• 1 each Onion, Diced
• 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
• 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
• 1 cup Corn
• 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 clove Garlic, Minced
• 1 tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped

Preparation

1. In large bowl combine all ingredients.
2. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. Serve with tortilla chips or over white rice.
