Tomato Chicken Wrap



  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 each Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cubed
  • 1 ounce Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 each Large Fajita Wraps
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • As Needed Lettuce, Shredded
  • 8 ounces Refried Beans
  1. Put oil in frying pan on medium heat, then place chicken in frying pan.
  2. Brown chicken and fajita seasoning, then add Furmano's Diced Tomatoes.
  3. Cook chicken breast 8-10 minutes or until chicken is well done. Drain off excess liquid in a strainer.
  4. Place mixture in fajita wraps. Add feta cheese and lettuce on top to taste.
  5. Seal the fajita with refried beans on the bottom lip of the fajita and close the top lip over it to seal in the ingredients.
