Ingredients
- 1 pound Refried Beans
- 1 each Avocado
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 ounces Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Onion, Chopped
- 6 ounces Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Lettuce, Shredded
- 1 cup Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Scallions, Sliced
- 1 each Jalapeno, Diced
Preparation
- Spread refried beans on platter.
- Mash avocado and spread on top of refried beans.
- Mix mayonnaise and taco seasoning and spread on beans and avocado.
- Layer with diced onions, then cheese, then lettuce and Furmano's Diced Tomatoes.
- Sprinkle scallions and jalapenos for color, if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
