Sunburst Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Chicken Breast, Cooked & Cooled & Diced
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime, Drained
  • 2 cups Furmano's White (Cannellini) Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 1/2 cup Fat-Free Miracle Whip
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Tabasco Sauce
  • 8 each Large Lettuce Leaves
  • As Needed Tortilla Chips
Preparation
  1. Place chilled chicken breast in a large bowl.
  2. Drain can of Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime and add to chicken.
  3. Drain Furmano's White (Cannellini) Kidney Beans well and add to chicken/tomato mix.
  4. Fold in Miracle Whip and smoked tabasco sauce.
  5. Place chicken salad on lettuce leaves or eat with tortilla chips.
