Spaghetti Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Whole Wheat Spaghetti
  • 1 pound Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 each Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
Preparation
  1. Boil 3 quarts of water, then add the whole wheat spaghetti and package of frozen mixed vegetables.
  2. Mix in freshly cut onion, garlic, and several spices for seasoning.
  3. Add can of Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes to the boiling spaghetti.
  4. Turn off heat and let spaghetti simmer for a couple of minutes, until noodles are soft.
  5. Pour off liquid into mugs to drink as "soup."
