Pasta Salad Caprese

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Pasta Shells, Uncooked
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmanos Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella, Chopped
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
Preparation
  1. In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse pasta with cool water and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, salad dressing, red onion, basil and mozzarella.
  3. Add cooled pasta and mix thoroughly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
