Sausage & Sage Cannellini Beans

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Sweet Italian Sausage, Seared and Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Onion, Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Sage, Chopped
  • 2 cups Cannellini Beans, drained
  • 1 cup Furmano's Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
  1. Place a medium saute pan over medium heat. Add olive oil.
  2. Add sausage, onion, and garlic to saute pan. Heat until onions become translucent.
  3. Add rosemary, sage, and salt. Mix and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add cannellini beans and Furmano's Diced Tomatoes, heat to 180 degrees.
