Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 each Medium Onion, Diced
  • 1 each Green Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • As Needed Garlic Powder
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • As Needed Parmesan Cheese
  • As Needed Parsley
Preparation
  1. On medium heat, saute onion, peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil (approximately 5 minutes).
  2. Stir in Furmano's Pizza Sauce and Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano. Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add cream, stirring until heated.
  4. Season with garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over pasta of your choice and garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
  6. Ready in 20 minutes.
