Ingredients
  • 18 slices Zucchini, ½" Thick, Bias Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
  • 3/8 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brush zucchini slices with olive oil.
  3. Rub garlic on zucchini.
  4. Top with 1 tablespoon Furmano's Pizza Sauce and 1 teaspoon Parmesan.
  5. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
