Linguine with Fresh Tomatoes & Basil

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Linguine Pasta
  • 7 cups Furmano's Plum Tomatoes, Drained & Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Garlic, Crushed
  • 2 cups Fresh Basil, Cut In Ribbons
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
Preparation
  1. Boil salted water for pasta.
  2. In a big bowl, add chopped Furmano's Plum Tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss very well; set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on the package.
  4. Drain pasta and toss in the bowl with tomato mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheese all over and serve.
