Greek Stromboli

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, Drained
  • 1 pound Feta Cheese, Diced
  • 1 cup Onion, Diced
  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 1 each Raw Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 pound Salami
  • As Needed Olive Oil
Preparation
  1. Allow pizza dough to rest at room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, feta cheese, onions and arugula.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a circle about a 1/4" thick. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  5. On half of the dough, place salami in an overlapping pattern. Next, top with tomato mixture.
  6. Fold dough over the toppings and pinch together seam to completely enclose the fillings. Brush with olive oil.
  7. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
