Ingredients
1 each Onion, Finely Diced
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pound Elbow Macaroni, Cooked
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
8 ounces Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
Preparation
Saute onion and butter until clear. Turn off heat and add tomatoes.
Add layer of macaroni in baking dish. Cover with tomato/onion mix. Grate cheddar cheese over layer.
Repeat layer.
Cover with foil & bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown the top.
