Ingredients
- 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
- 2 each Prepared Pizza Crusts
- 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Whole Kernel Golden Corn, Drained
- 4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breast
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/4 cup Corn Oil
- 2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro Leaves
Preparation
- Spread pizza sauce equally between two crusts.
- Drain the corn and distribute equally between the two pizzas.
- Top each pizza with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces.
- Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a large saute pan, cook chicken pieces in oil, turning until cooked through.
- Toss cooked chicken in BBQ sauce.
- Bake each pizza at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
- Spread BBQ-sauce-coated chicken on top of partially cooked pizzas. Scatter remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Return pizzas to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve pizza scattered with diced onion and cilantro leaves.
