Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Bread Cubes
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Tomato Puree
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Ripe Olive, Chopped
Preparation
- In 1-1/2 quart casserole, drizzle bread cubes with olive oil.
- Combine remaining ingredients; stir into bread.
- Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately. Especially delicious served with roast pork or grilled fish.
