South Philly Style Gravy



  • 1 pound Italian Sausage
  • 4 ounces Boneless Beef Ribs
  • 7 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Tomato Puree
  • 8 ounces Tomato Paste
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • As Needed Garlic Powder
  • As Needed Parsley Flakes
  • 12 ounces Meatballs, Frozen
  1. Fry Italian sausage in a pan; set aside.
  2. Fry boneless beef ribs in a separate pan; set aside.
  3. In a pot, mix the Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes, Furmano's Tomato Puree, and tomato paste.
  4. Add one can of water for each can of crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, and tomato paste.
  5. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes; stir together.
  6. Place sauce mixture on stove at medium heat.
  7. Add the meatballs, sausage, and beef into the pot; simmer on medium for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
