Sausage, Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
  • 2 pound Italian Sausage
  • 3 each Onions, Sliced
  • 3 each Green Peppers, Sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut up sausage into 12 pieces, then combine with sliced onions and peppers and put into roasting pan.
  3. Add Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Mix well with hands.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
