Ingredients
- 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Tomato Sauce
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 pounds Pepperoni Stick, Chopped
- 2 each Green Peppers, Chopped
- 1 each Small Onion, Chopped
- 12 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 2 teaspoons Oregano, Chopped
- As Needed Tortilla Chips
Preparation
- Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread cream cheese in a 13"x9" pan. Spoon sour cream over top.
- Layer pepperoni, green pepper, and onion on top. Cover with Furmano's Tomato Sauce.
- Finally, spread shredded monterey jack cheese and oregano over entire pan.
- Bake in oven until cheese is melted throughout.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
