Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Onions, Diced
- 3 5/8 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 cup Furmano's Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Water
- 8 ounces Elbow Macaroni, Uncooked
- 1 1/4 ounces Taco Seasoning
- 4 1/2 ounces Green Chilies, Chopped
- As Needed Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- As Needed Sour Cream
- As Needed Green Onions
Preparation
- Brown ground beef, drain. Add onions, and cook until onions are soft.
- Add Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, Furmano's Tomato Sauce, and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add taco seasoning and green chilies.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
