Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 3/4 cup Celery, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 8 ounces Smoked Sausage, Sliced
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Stewed Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Rice, Cooked
  • 8 ounces Salad Shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
Preparation
  1. In large skillet with olive oil, saute onion, celery and cajun seasoning.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil; then simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
