Ingredients
1 pound Fresh Button Mushrooms
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 each Large Onion, Chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, Crushed
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, Finely Minced
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Preparation
Clean and de-cap the mushrooms; place on a baking tray.
Chop up the mushroom stems.
In a fry pan, heat oil; add onions, garlic, chopped mushroom stems, salt, and pepper.
Saute very well for about 5 minutes; remove, mix in bread crumbs and parsley; allow to cool.
Stuff the mushrooms with above mixture.
Top mushrooms with Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes.
Next, top with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes.
