Freedom Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Gala Apples, Diced
  • 1 cup Watermelon, Diced
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 1/4 cup Red Onions, Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Basil, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • As Needed Black Pepper
Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, add Balsamic Vinegar and Sugar. Whisk while pouring Canola Oil in a steady stream.
  2. Next add Apples, Watermelon, Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Red Onion, Walnuts and Basil. Toss to incorporate with the dressing.
  3. Season with Salt and Black Pepper
