Ingredients
  • 6 cups Romaine Lettuce, Cut in 1" Slices
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, Drained
  • 1 each English Cucumber, Seeded & Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Radishes, Sliced
  • 5 each Green Onions, Cleaned & Chopped
  • 1 each Bell Pepper, Seeded, Stemmed & Julienned
  • 2 tablespoons Italian Parsley Leaves, Chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Mint Leaves, Chopped
  • 2/3 cup Sheep's Milk Feta Cheese
  • 2 cups Pita Bread, Torn Into Bite Size Pieces
  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 each Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
  1. Place first 11 ingredients in large salad bowl and toss lightly.
  2. Place lemon juice, crushed garlic, sugar, olive oil and salt and pepper in carafe, then cover and shake vigorously to combine ingredients.
  3. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over the salad and lightly toss and serve.
