Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 liquid cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
Preparation
  1. Put all the ingredients except the parsley into a blender and blend for two minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a medium sized saucepan and heat until piping hot, but do not let it boil more than a few seconds.
  3. Ladle soup into four soup bowls.
  4. Top each bowl of soup with a garnish of chopped parsley.
  5. Serve immediately.
