Corn Bread Pizza Muffins

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Ground Beef
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 each Corn Bread Muffin Mix
Preparation
  1. Cook meat and drain.
  2. Add rest of filling ingredients to complete filling.
  3. Mix up corn bread muffin mix to package instructions. Place corn bread mixture in greased muffin tins.
  4. Place pizza sauce filling in center. Bake for 20 minutes in 400 degree preheated oven.

Tip: Can substitute diced chicken or ground pork for the ground beef.
