Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Green Chilies, Diced
Preparation
  1. Cut Velveta into 1/2" blocks.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
  3. Heat on low, stirring, until cheese is melted and blended with tomatoes.
  4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
