Broccoli Tomato Casserole

Ingredients
  • 3 3/4 cups Frozen Broccoli, Thawed & Drained
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes, Drained & Sliced
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Arrange broccoli in 10" round buttered casserole dish. Top with tomato slices.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and parmesan cheese, reserving a little cheese to sprinkle on top.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture over tomato slices and sprinkle with reserved cheese.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  6. Bake casserole uncovered, 50-60 minutes or until nicely browned.
