Baja Bean Salsa

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Black Beans, Rinsed
  • 1 cup Blackeye Peas
  • 2 each Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded & Diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 each Red Onion, Diced
Preparation
  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Let marinate at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
