White Beans & Broccoli Over Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 each Large Onion, Diced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Furmano's White Kidney Beans
  • 2 pound Broccoli Florets, Chopped
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1 pound Short Pasta
Preparation
  1. Saute onion in olive oil; add Furmano's White Kidney Beans, broccoli, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the cup of water.
  3. Cook about 15 minutes and set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  5. Mix pasta with bean and broccoli mixture well.
