Santa Fe Salad

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Louisiana-Style Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 pound Maple Cured Bacon
  • 8 cups Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 each Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 6 each Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded
  • 1 each Poblano Pepper, Seeded
  • 4 ounces Green Chilies
  • 4 each Radishes, Diced
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
  • 8 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
Preparation
  1. Combine vinegar, olive oil and hot sauce in small bowl to create the dressing mixture.
  2. In skillet, fry bacon until crispy.
  3. Place on paper towels to remove grease, then crumble.
  4. In large salad bowl, combine bacon, shredded leaf lettuce, onion, all peppers, radishes and Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano. Toss.
  5. Top with cheese and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
