Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Pepper Strips
  • 1 1/3 cups Frozen Chopped Sweet Onions
  • 12 ounces Fully Cooked Cocktail-Size Italian Frozen Meatballs
  • 12 ounces Bite-Size Pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Diced Italian Style Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups Furmano's Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 cups Furmano's Cannelloni Beans
  • 2 cups Furmano's Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained
  • 10 3/4 ounces Condensed Tomato Soup, Undiluted
  • 4 ounces Canned Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
  • 2 1/4 ounces Sliced Ripe Olives, Drained
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • As Needed Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • As Needed Bread Sticks, Garlic Bread, or Bread Bowls
Preparation
  1. In a large Dutch oven, heat olive oil and saute the peppers and onions for several minutes until they become tender; stirring occasionally.
  2. While vegetables are cooking, thaw meatballs in microwave according to package instructions (do not overcook), then cut them in half and add to Dutch oven, along with pepperoni. Stir and continue cooking.
  3. Add spices, Furmano's Diced Italian Style Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano; Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano; and Furmano's Pizza Sauce, stir.
  4. Add Furmano's Red Kidney Beans, Furmano's Cannelloni Beans, Furmano's Black Beans, tomato soup, and mushrooms; add more salt and chili powder to taste.
  5. Heat thoroughly and serve hot.
  6. Garnish individual servings with the cheeses and olive slices on top.
  7. Serve with breadsticks or garlic bread, or in bread bowls.
