Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime, Drained
  • 2 pounds White Hominy/Pozole, Rinsed & Drained
  • 2 cups Furmanos Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained
  • 7 ounces Yellow Corn, Rinsed & Drained
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 each Jalapeno Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 fluid ounces Red Wine Vinegar
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • 1 each Iceburg Lettuce Head, Shredded
  • As Needed Avocado
  • As Needed Sour Cream
  • As Needed Mexican Cheese, Shredded
Preparation
  1. Mix first ten ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  3. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.
  4. Provide avocado, sour cream, and shredded Mexican cheese for toppings.
