Ingredients
  • As Needed Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 each Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 15 1/2 ounces Sweet Peas
  • 1 pound Elbow Macaroni
Preparation
  1. Cover bottom of a sauce pan with olive oil.
  2. Add garlic and onion; simmer until onion is translucent.
  3. Add can of Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes; simmer for 1/2 hour.
  4. Drain can of peas and add it to the sauce; simmer for 5 more minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the elbow macaroni until al dente.
  6. Toss cooked macaroni with sauce and serve.
