Nachos El Grande

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Refried Beans
  • 1 pound Chorizo Sausage
  • 1 each Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 4 1/2 ounces Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 3 5/8 pounds Furmanos Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • As Needed Green Onion, Chopped
  • As Needed Tortilla Chips
Preparation
  1. Spread beans in the bottom of 9"x13" pan.
  2. Brown chorizo in a skillet and spread on top of the beans.
  3. Spread onions and green chilies on top of the meat.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of that.
  5. Drizzle Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, including juice, all over the top.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and green onion.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
