Mom's Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Prepared Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 each Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1 each Small Cucumber, Diced
  • 1 cup Celery, Sliced Thin
  • 3 7/8 cups Furmano's Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 4 each Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
  • As Needed Tomato, Wedged
Preparation
  1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, seasoning salt and pepper.
  2. Add onions, cucumbers and celery.
  3. Fold in Furmano's Kidney Beans and eggs.
  4. Cover and chill several hours.
  5. Garnish with egg, cucumber and tomato slices.
