Irene's Peppers & Liver

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 4 each Bell Peppers
  • 1 each Medium Sweet Onion, Sliced
  • 3 slices Beef Liver
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • As Needed Crushed Red Pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut liver and bell peppers into bite size chunks.
  2. Saute liver, onions and peppers in olive oil. Add Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes and crushed red pepper.
  3. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot with Italian bread.
