Furmano's Spaghetti Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Whole Wheat Spaghetti
  • 1 pound Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 each Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
Preparation
  1. Boil 3 quarts of water.
  2. Add the whole wheat spaghetti, breaking into smaller pieces if desired. Stir in contents of frozen mixed vegetables package.
  3. Mix in freshly cut onion, garlic, and spices for seasoning.
  4. Add Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes to the boiling spaghetti. Turn off heat and let spaghetti simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Pour off liquid into mugs to drink as "soup." Serve spaghetti with other fresh vegetables.
