Furmano's Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Avocado, Diced
  • 8 each Flour Tortillas
Preparation
  1. In a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter.
  2. Mix together eggs, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Add to pan.
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring regularly, approx. 15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Heat tortilas in a microwave to make them soft and plyable.
  5. Divide eggs, Furmano's Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream and avocado between the tortillas.
