Easy Mexican Fiesta

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 8 cups Tortilla Chips, Crushed
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes Green Peppers & Onions
  • 2 cups Furmano's Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 13 ounces Salsa
  • 8 ounces Mexican Cheese, Shredded
  • As Needed Sour Cream
Preparation
  1. Brown the ground beef, draining the excess grease.
  2. Line bottom of 9"x13" pan with half of the crushed tortilla chips.
  3. Combine beef, tomatoes, beans, salsa and spread over tortilla chips.
  4. Spread remaining tortilla chips over top.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with sour cream.
