Ingredients
1 pound Chicken Breast
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 3/4 cups
Furmano's Chili Style Diced Tomatoes with Ancho Chili & Cumin
1/4 cup Sour Cream
4 each Tortillas
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Preparation
Season chicken breasts with cumin, garlic powder and salt.
In a medium sized pan over medium high heat, add olive oil.
Add chicken to pan and cook through. Approx. 7 minutes per side depending on thickness.
Remove chicken and set aside. Add Furmano's Chili Style Diced Tomatoes. Stir and remove from heat.
When chicken is cool enough to handle, shred and mix with sour cream and 1/2 the Furmano's Chili Style Diced Tomatoes.
Wrap chicken mixture in tortillas and place in a baking dish. Top with remaining Furmano's Chili Style Diced Tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
