Baby Clam & Sausage Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Italian Sausage, Chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Clam Juice
  • 10 ounces Baby Clams
  • As Needed Garlic Croutons
Preparation
  1. In large sauce pan with oil, saute garlic, sausage and mushrooms.
  2. Stir in Furmano's Stewed Tomatoes, clam juice and clams. Bring to a boil.
  3. Spoon into bowls. Top with garlic croutons if desired.
